Are You Brave Enough To Try Meditation For Stress Management?

That is a strange way to put it!


Strange, but true. It takes a certain amount of being willing to take a risk, to learn to use meditation as a stress management tool. Why? Because you have to be willing to not direct your thoughts, to just let them happen. Easier said than done!
